摘　　要：阐述了淮南矿业集团一方面眼睛向内,深挖潜力,降本增效应对"寒冬";另一方面,拓宽眼界,在困难时期调结构、促转型、求发展等具体应对煤炭经济下行的举措,探索出了煤炭企业解困的新途径。On one side, Huainan Mining Group internally looked at the potential digging, cost reducing and effect increasing to handle the ＂cool winter＂ . On the other side, the group widened its view to adjust the structure, promote the transforma- tion, seek the development and other measures to handle the coal economic downturn during the difficulty period and the group discovered a new access to release the difficulties of the coal enterprise.
