摘　　要：在我国，社区矫正这一概念虽说是舶来品，但具有社区矫正性质的实践却早已有之。从秦国商鞅变法的“连坐”，到汉代的劳动式刑罚“鬼薪”、“白粲”、“城旦舂”，一直到中国共产党领导下的抗日根据地和解放区’的“回村执行”制度，已然破土而出中国社区矫正制度的萌芽。In China, although the concept of community corrections is exotic, but with the nature of the practice of community corrections has long been. From the Qin Shang Yang＇s ＂guilt＂ to the Han Dynasty labor sentencing ＂ghost pay＂, ＂white charm＂, ＂Chengdan Chung＂, has been under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party＇s anti-Japanese base areas and the liberated areas, ＂back to the village perform＂ system, already emerged Chinese community correction system sprout.
