阴道镜下宫颈活检及Leep刀治疗宫颈疾病的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道镜下宫颈活检及Leep刀治疗宫颈疾病的护理效果。方法选取本院2011年3月至2013年3月诊治的宫颈疾病患者218例,均行阴道镜下宫颈活检及Leep刀治疗。随机分为两组,109例患者行常规护理为对照组,109例患者行护理干预为观察组,比较两组患者治疗情况及术后并发症情况。结果观察组创面痊愈情况、宫颈功能恢复情况均明显好于对照组,观察组创面痊愈时间明显小于对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜下宫颈活检及Leep刀治疗宫颈疾病时,有效的护理干预可明显加速创面愈合,改善宫颈功能,具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate nursing effect of colposcopic cervical biopsy and Leep knife in treatment for cervical disease. Methods 218 patients with cervical disease were selected in hospital from March 2011 to March 2013,who treated colposcopic cervical biopsy and Leep knife treatment. Patients were randomly divided into two groups. 109 patients treated conventional nursing as control group. 109 patients treated nursing intervention as observation group. Treatment and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results Healing situation, cervical function recovery in observation group were significantly better than control group. Healing time in observation group was significantly less than control group. Postoperative complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than control group. Difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion As colposcopic cervical biopsy and Leep knife in treatment for cervical disease, effective nursing intervention can significantly accelerate wound healing and improve cervical function,which has high security.
