摘　　要：目的为有效预防和控制多重耐药菌在医院的传播,保障医疗安全,加强多重耐药菌的医院感染管理,我院自2011年7月起开展多重耐药菌目标性监测。建立和完善对多重耐药菌的监测和预防控制措施,加强抗菌药物的合理应用和对医务人员的教育培训。使多重耐药菌医院感染控制工作规范有序,保障了患者和医务人员的安全。方法开展细菌耐药目标性监测,对多重耐药菌感染患者的一般资料、病原菌分布、标本种类及抗生素耐药情况进行分析。并对属于多重耐药菌感染的患者进行干预,建立预防和控制措施,严格实施隔离措施,建立监督和处罚制度。把零宽容理念应用于多重耐药菌感染防控中。结果通过开展监测对属于多重耐药菌感染的患者进行干预,加强消毒管理,有效地预防和控制了多重耐药菌在医院内的传播,保障了患者及医疗安全。结论加强多重耐药菌的监测,制定切实可行的防控制度,严格执行消毒隔离措施、落实手卫生及合理应用抗生素,是预防医院感染的发生和医院感染暴发的关键。2011年7月至2013年5月,开展多重耐药菌感染的监测,采取综合处理措施,有效预防了MDROs医院感染发生。Objective To effectively prevent and control the spread of multi-resistant bacteria in hospitals, medical security, multiple drug-resistant bacteria in hospital infection management, our hospital since July 2011 to carry out targeted monitoring multi-resistant bacteria. Establishing and perfecting of multiple drug-resistant bacteria monitoring and prevention and control measures, strengthen the reasonable application of antimicrobial drugs and the medical staff education training. Make multiple drug-resistant bacteria in hospital infection control work norms and orderly, ensure the safety of patients and medical staff. Method Drug-resistant bacteria targeted monitoring, the general data of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection, pathogenic bacteria distribution, types of specimens, and antibiotic drug resistance situation are analyzed. And belong to multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection in patients with intervention, set up prevention and control measures, strict implementation of quarantine measures, establish supervision and punishment system. The concept of zero tolerance is applied to multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection prevention and control. Results Through the surveillance of belong to multiple drug- resistant bacteria infection in patients with intervention, in order to strengthen the management of disinfection, effectively prevent and control the spread of multi-resistant bacteria within the hospital, the patient and the medical security.Conclusion Multi-resistant bacteria monitoring, formulate feasible prevention and control system, strict disinfection and isolation measures execution, implementation of hand hygiene and reasonable use of antibiotics, is to prevent the hospital infection and nosocomial infection outbreak. In July 2011 to May 2013, monitoring of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection, adopt comprehensive measures, effectively prevent the MDROs hospital infections.
