摘　　要：目的:评价江西省农村卫生适宜技术示范研究的4项计划生育技术的推广绩效,为农村卫生适宜技术的进一步推广提供科学的决策依据。方法:采用TOPSIS法对计划生育适宜技术在江西省县、乡、村推广绩效的综合评价,并对推广绩效进行排序。结果:4项计划生育适宜技术中,"减少阴道出血术"位列第一,"臭氧治疗"居第二位,再次为"IUD技术",排在最后的是"输卵管通液术"。结论:TOPSIS法用于计划生育适宜技术绩效评价的排序结果与江西省实际情况基本一致,能全面、合理的对推广绩效进行评价。Objective： To evaluate the performance of popularization of four appropriate technologies of birth control in Jiangxi rural areas, provide a scientific basis for further promotion of rural health appropriate technologies. Methods： The performance of popularization of appropriate technologies of birth control in counties, townships, and villages of Jiangxi province were evaluated comprehensively based on TOPSIS method, and the performance of popularization was ranked. Results： Among the four appropriate technologies,＂ technique of reduc- ing vaginal bleeding＂ ranked the first place, followed by ＂ozone therapy＂ and ＂IUD technology＂ , the last was ＂hydrotubation technology＂ Conclusion ： TOPSIS method can evaluate the performance comprehensively and reasonably, and the ranking results of performance of appro- priate technologies of birth control are correspond with the actual condition.
