摘  要:目的:探讨某地区出生缺陷的发生是否具有季节性,为探索病因、提出干预措施、降低出生缺陷发生率提供参考依据。方法:利用圆形分布法对监测地区2009~2012年报告的出生缺陷儿的出生时间进行聚集性分析,采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行4年合并分析。结果:2009~2012年共监测围产儿663 006例,共发生出生缺陷儿10 417例。总的来说,监测地区的出生缺陷和先天性心脏病均有时间聚集性(P<0.05),出生缺陷在9月上旬高发,先天性心脏病高发于9月下旬至10月上旬,均为秋季高发,暂未发现神经管畸形存在季节性(P>0.05)。结论:冬季(11月至次年1月)妊娠应做好相应预防措施。Objective: To explore whether the occurrence of birth defects has seasonal variation, provide reference for probing the causes, putting forward interventional measures, and reducing the incidence rate of birth defects. Methods: The seasonal characteristics of birth defects reported in monitoring areas from 2009 to 2012 were analyzed by circular distribution, then the data were analyzed on SPSS 19.0 software. Results: A total of 663 006 perinatal infants were monitored from 2009 to 2012, and 10 417 infants were diagnosed as birth de- fects ; totally, birth defects and congenital heart diseases in monitoring areas had seasonal variations ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the seasonal variation of neural tube defect was not found at present ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The incidence rate of birth defects in early September is high, while the incidence rate of congenital heart diseases from late September to early October is high, both of them are in autumn, which indicates that corresponding interventional measures should be taken when pregnancy in winter (from November to January in the next year) .
