摘　　要：目的:根据乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院4年的住院分娩记录,分析新生儿出生体重变化趋势及Apgar评分的影响因素,并探讨Apgar评分和新生儿出生体重之间的关系。方法:对2003年7月～2006年3月在乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院住院分娩的1 727例新生儿的出生体重进行回顾性调查,分析孕母民族、年龄、孕周等因素与新生儿出生体重和Apgar评分的关系。结果:①1 727例新生儿平均出生体重为(3 399.43±498.92)g,4年间新生儿平均出生体重呈上升趋势。低出生体重儿的发生率呈下降趋势,巨大儿的发生率呈上升趋势。②新生儿出生体重与新生儿性别、孕周及孕母族别有关。③Apgar评分与孕周、孕母年龄及孕母族别有关。④Apgar评分和新生儿出生体重有关。结论:新生儿出生体重及Apgar评分与新生儿性别、孕周、孕母年龄及孕母族别有关,及早的病因预防有利于提高新生儿的出生体重,为妇幼保健工作提供依据。Objective： To analyze the change trend of neonatal birth weight and influencing factors of Apgar core according to the records of hospital delivery in a grade three A hospital of Urumchi city from 2003 to 2006, explore the relationship between Apgar score and neonatal birth weight. Methods： The birth weight data of 1 727 neonates born in a grade three A hospital of Urumchi city from July 2003 to March 2006 were investigated retrospectively, the relationship between maternal nationality, age, gestational weeks and neonatal birth weight, Apgar score was analyzed. Results： The mean birth weight of 1 727 neonates was （3 399. 43 ＋ 498.92） grams, showing an increas- ing trend; the incidence rate of low birth weight showed a decreasing trend, while the incidence rate of macrosomia showed an increasing trend; neonatal birth weight was correlated with neonatal gender, gestational weeks, and maternal nationality; Apgar score was Correlated with gestational weeks, maternal age and nationality; Apgar score was correlated with neonatal birth weight. Conclusion： Neonatal birth weight and Apgar score are correlated with neonatal gender, gestational weeks, maternal age and nationality, early causal prophylaxis is help- ful to improve neonatal birth weight and provide a basis for maternal and child health care work.
