美罗培南对新生儿重症细菌感染的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:对美罗培南治疗新生儿重症细菌感染进行疗效和安全性的研究和分析。方法:从2011年1月～2012年12月在该院接受治疗的重症细菌感染的新生儿患者中选取114例作为研究对象,采用随机数据表法将患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予患者美罗培南治疗,对照组给予患者头孢他啶治疗,根据《抗菌药物临床研究指导原则》为标准进行疗效比较,并对细菌敏感性和不良反应做出评价。结果:实验组对细菌的敏感性达到了100%,有效率达到了82.46%,实验组患者的治疗结果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:美罗培南在重症新生儿感染治疗中疗效确切,但存在继发真菌感染的风险,长期使用时需在早期加以抗真菌药物辅助治疗。Objective： To research and analyze the curative effect and safety of Meropenem in treatment of neonates with severe bacterial infection. Methods： A total of 114 neonates with severe bacterial infection treated in the hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as study objects, then they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table ; the neonates in experimental group were treated with Meropenem and the patients in control group were treated with Ceftazidime; the curative effects in the two groups were compared according to clinical research guiding principles of antibacterial drug, the bacterial sensitivity and ad- verse reactions were evaluated. Results! The sensitivity and effective rate in experimental group were 100% and 82.46% , respectively, the curative effect in experimental group was statistically significantly better than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was no statistically sig- nificant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The curative effect of Mero- penem in treatment of neonates with severe bacterial infection is definite, but there is the risk of subsequent fungal infection, when Meropen- em is used for a long time, antifungal drug therapy should be applied early.
