摘 要:目的:评价女大学生性与生殖健康教育干预效果,为探索合适女大学生的性与生殖健康教育方式提供依据。方法:在南方一旅游城市随机抽取两所高校,再从两所高校抽取低年级女生230人作为干预组,230人作为对照组,干预前后两组女生均接受内容一致的调查。结果:干预组生殖卫生知识、避孕知识及性病艾滋病知识平均分从干预前7.217分升到干预后的13.465分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但对婚前婚外性行为态度没有变化(P>0.05)。结论:性与生殖健康教育能提高女大学生相关知识水平,同时应探索较为适宜的教育方法改善女大学生对性行为的态度,加强其自我保护意识。Objective: To evaluate the interventional effect of sex and reproductive health education among female university students, provide reference for probing sex and reproductive health education mode suitable for female university students. Methods: Two colleges and universities were randomly selected from a tourism city in South China, then 230 female university students of low grade were se- lected as intervention group and 230 female university students of high grade were selected as control group; the female university students in the two groups were surveyed by the same questionnaire before and after intervention. Results: The mean score of reproductive health knowl- edge, contraceptive knowledge, and sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and AIDS knowledge in intervention group increased from 7. 217 before intervention to 13.465 after intervention, there was statistically significant difference (P 〈0. 01 ), but their attitudes to premarital and extramarital sexual behaviors didnt change (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Sex and reproductive health intervention can improve the level of re- lated knowledge among female university students, reasonable educational methods should be probed to improve the attitudes of female uni- versity students to sexual behavior and enhance their of self - protection.
