摘 要:采用电气浮/陶瓷膜组合工艺对富营养化湖泊型原水进行试验。对比单独陶瓷膜工艺,分析两种工艺在运行过程中陶瓷膜通量的变化。在进水流量5 L/h,水温28℃、电流强度1.0 A、极板间距0.6 cm、极板数4组、操作压力0.09 MPa条件下,连续运行40 h,考察组合工艺对富营养化湖泊型原水的处理效果。结果表明,组合工艺对浊度、叶绿素a、CODMn、TP、TN的平均去除率分别为98.94%、99.50%、87.77%、60.06%和28.97%,试验期间,工艺运行稳定,可对富营养化湖泊型原水除藻提供参考。In this research, electro-flotation/ceramic membrane combined process was used to treat lake type raw water. The separate ceramic membrane process was contrasted with electro-flotation/ceramic membrane combined process, and the changes of ceramic membrane flux about two processes during the running were analyzed. The treatment effect of eutrophic water by using combined process was performed on the condition as follows: the water flow rate was 5 l_,/h, the temperature was 28 ~, the current value was 1 A, the plates space between electrode boards were 0.6 cm, the plate number is 4, and operating pressure was 0.09 MPa for continue operating 40 hours. The average removal rate of turbidity, Chl-a, CODMn TN and TP can reach 98.94%, 99.50%, 87.77%, 60.06% and 28.97% within continuous operation. Combined process reached a relatively good running result. The process operating stable during the test process, so it can provide to the eutrophic waters' algae removal
