张洪义痛泻要方治疗泄泻验案举隅

摘　　要：张洪义认为泄泻主要病机为脾虚湿盛。土虚木乘,脾虚水谷杂下,清浊不分,水湿下注。治宜补脾柔肝,利湿涩肠止泻。使用痛泻要方治疗,补脾抑肝,祛湿止泻,取得满意疗效。This article is about a case of professor ZHANG hongyi treating Diarrhea by Tongxieyaofang.In professor Zhang＇s opinion,the main mechanism of Diarrhea is damp abundance due to splenic asthenia.Deficient earth being subjugated by wood and insufficiency of the spleen lead to the body can not distinguish between the clear and the muddy. Finally,the body manifested as Diarrhea. The treatment principles were tonifying spleen,and softing liver and removing dampness through diuresis and intestinal astringent. The treatment used an old recipe Tongxieyaofang and it could have a good effect.
