小柴胡汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察小柴胡汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。治疗过程中需禁用辛、辣等刺激性食物,饮食坚持"少食多餐"。对照组30例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d;雷尼替丁,150mg/次,温水口服,2次/d。治疗组30例小柴胡汤(党参15g,柴胡、黄芩、法半夏各10g,红枣3枚,甘草5g,生姜3片);1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈18例,显效7例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组治愈11例,显效6例,有效4例,无效9例,总有效率70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床症状两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小柴胡汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]Observed Xiaochaihutang treatment of bile reflux gastritis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,60 cases of inpatient and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. The course of treatment must be disabled Sim,spicy,spicy food,diet,adhere to the＂small meals＂principle. Control group,30 cases of repeated Li ketone,10mg / time,3 times / d;ranitidine,150mg / times,heated orally,2times / d. Treatment group of 30 patients with Heweijiangni,Shugan Qi principle,party election Xiaochaihutang subtraction（Dangshen 15g,Chaihu,Huangqin,Faxia each 10g,Hongzao 3,Gancao 5g,Shengjiang 3;1/ d,decoction 150mL,sooner or later orally. 30d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 2 to 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group were cured 18 cases,7 cases were markedly effective in 3 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group were cured 11 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective in 4 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency 70%. Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）. Clinical symptoms improved in both groups,the treatment group than the control group improved（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Xiaochaihutang treatment of bile reflux gastritis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
