射干麻黄汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(寒哮证)随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察射干麻黄汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(寒哮证)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组,对照组32例布地奈德粉吸入剂,0.2g/次,2次/d,吸入;茶碱缓释片,0.2g/次,2次/d。治疗组32例射干麻黄汤(射干、麻黄、生姜各9g,细辛3g,紫菀、款冬花各6g,大枣3枚,半夏9g,五味子3g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、ACT评分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效12例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。对照组痊愈7例,显效10例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率81.25%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。ACT评分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]射干麻黄汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(寒哮证),疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the effect of SheganMahuangTang together with western medicine therapy on treating asthma（cold wheezing）in the acute clinical course.[Methods]Divide 64 patients of asthma（cold wheezing）into 2 groups by randomization.Both groups of patients were treated with Budesonide Inhaler（0.2g/d）and Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets（0.4g/d）.Treat the control group with pure western medicine.Treat the treatment group with SheganMahuangTang（Shegan9g,Mahuang9g,Shengjiang9g,Xixin3g,Ziyuan6g,Kuandonghua6g,Dazao10g,Banxia9g,Wuweizi3g）together with western medicine like the control group.The course is 15 days of continuous treatment.To observe ACT scores,the efficiency of TCM symptoms and side effect.We treat all the patients for 1 courses continuously.Statistics treatment is made up on all the results.[Results]The efficiency of TCM symptoms：In the treatment group,there are 16 cases of Clinical recovery,12 cases of excellence,3 cases of effection,and1 cases of no avail.Total effective rate of treatment group is 96.88%.In the control group,there are 7 cases of Clinical recovery,10 cases of excellence,9 cases of effection,and 6 cases of no avail.Total effective rate of control group is 81.25%.There were significant differences in the efficiency of TCM symptoms,with statistical significance（P0.05）.After treatment,ACT scores of the two groups were markedly increased,with on statistical significance between the two groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion]SheganMahuangTang together with western medicine therapy can treat asthma（cold wheezing）in the acute clinical course,improve the clinical effect and no side effect.
