月华汤联合西药治疗难治性肺结核随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察月华汤联合西药治疗难治性肺结核疗效。[方法]将59例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组27例化疗治疗,复合制剂异福酰胺片,1.35g/次,1次/d。异福片,0.9g/次,1次/d。乙胺丁醇片,按体重15mg/kg,1次/d。治疗组32例月华汤(沙参15g,麦冬、天冬、生地、熟地、百部、川贝、阿胶、三七、茯苓、山药、玉竹、百合及白及各10g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状(发烧、咳嗽、咳痰、血痰、咯血、食欲不振、胸痛、盗汗、体重)、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效7例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%。对照组痊愈8例,显效5例,有效4例,无效10例,总有效率62.96%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状体征治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]月华汤联合化疗药物治疗难治性肺结核效果显著,具有临床应用价值。[Objective]To observe yuet soup combined western medicine treatment of intractable tuberculosis curative effect.[Methods]The 59 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 27 cases of chemotherapy treatment,compound preparation different f amide,1.35 g/time,1/d. Differentf,0.9 g/time,1/d. Ethambutol,according to the weight of 15 mg/kg,1/d.Treatment group 32 cases yuet soup（Shashen 15g,Maidong,Tiandong,Shengdi,Shudi,Baibu,Chuanbei,Ajiao,Sanqi,Fuling,Shanyao,Yuzhu,Baihe,Baiji each 10g）. 1/d,boiling water 200 mL,oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms（fever,cough,sputum,blood,phlegm,haemoptysis,loss of appetite,chest pain,night sweats,weight）,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group（18 cases cured,7 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate was 93.75%. Control group 8 cases cured,5 cases were markedly improved,effective 4 cases,10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 62.96%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of control group（P0.01）. Symptoms and signs in treatment group is better than that of control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Yue Hua Soup combination chemotherapy drug treatment of intractable tuberculosis effect is remarkable,have clinical application value.
