摘　　要：本文通过对我国6个城市农民工的调查,探讨了新生代农民工子女教育问题。研究显示,新生代农民工对子女接受公办教育和优质教育有强烈需求,但流入地城市教育供给总量不足和供求结构性矛盾,导致新生代农民工子女"上学难"、"上学贵"问题比较突出,学前教育阶段尤其明显。高度重视新生代农民工子女平等接受教育的权利,改革城乡户籍制度与教育资源配置机制是促进农民工子女教育发展的基本方向。加大中央与省级政府统筹力度,实施"两个全部纳入"政策,在教育管理、教育财政和办学体制等方面实施深层变革,方能构建适应人口流动的教育资源配置机制,促进新生代农民工子女教育发展与社会融合。Through a survey in 6 provinces, this thesis studies on the education of chil- dren of the new generation of migrant workers. It shows that, the new generation of migrant workers has strong demands of their children receiving public education and ex- cellent education in cities. But in the cities with the migrant workers staying, the lack of public education supply and the structual contradiction of educational supply-demand lead to migrant children＇s difficulties in enrolling in the public schools and expensive en- rolling fee as well. All these problems exist in pre-eduction and compulsory education period, and especially in pre-eduction period. To promote the development of migrant children＇s eduction, the migrant children＇s equal right of receiving basic eduction should be emphasized, and the reform of household registration system and the reform of educa- tional resources allocation system should be carried out. In details, the central govern- ment and province-level governments should take more responsibility in the overall pla- ning of basic education, and some deep-seated changes should be made in such aspects as：the basic education management system, the educational financing system and the schooling system. On the basis above, a more suitable educational resources allocation system can be constructed adapting to the population flow
