关节镜下半月板前角缝合器在半月板损伤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下使用半月板前角缝合器修复半月板损伤的临床效果。方法对53例半月板前体部损伤患者，应用半月板前角缝合器行关节镜下由外向内缝合术。结果50例患者获随访，时间6～36个月，患者疼痛等症状明显好转。按HSS评分系统，由术前平均（45．2±6．5）分提高至术后平均（88．2±5．8）分（P〈0．05）。结论应用半月板前角缝合器对半月板前体部损伤行由外向内缝合术，损伤小，疗效好，近期效果满意。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic stitching for the anterior horn in meniscus injury. Methods A total of 53 patients with the anterior body injury of the meniscus were treated with outside-in suture by arthroscopic stitching for anterior horn of the meniscus. Results Fifty patients were fo].lowed up for 6 to 36 months. After the surgery ,patients＇symptoms such as pain were significantly improved. According to the HSS scoring system, the mean score was significantly increased from（45.2±6.5）pointsto（88.2±5.8）points（P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of arthroscopic stitching for anterior horn of the meniscus has the advantages of less trauma, good efficacy and satisfactory short-term effects for patients with anterior body injury of the meniscus.
