摘 要:应用激光剥蚀(LA)采样与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法联用技术对6种代表性样品进行了镀层分析,测得了镀层和基体的组分以及镀层的厚度等数据。以信号强度对时间作图得到时间分辨图。根据在一定时间段内采集到的镀层元素与基体元素的信号强度的变化可判断镀层与基体的分界处,并通过分辨图中出现镀层元素信号的持续时间按公式计算镀层的厚度。在激光剥蚀操作中,对其他条件如激光能量水平、脉冲频率、剥蚀孔径及载气流量等也进行了优化选择。本方法测得的6件样品的镀层厚度数据与金相显微镜目测法所得结果相符。Sampling by laser ablation in hyphenation with ICP-AES was applied to the analysis of coating of metal materials, and 6 typical samples were taken for the anaIysis. Data of components or elements in the coating layer and in the matrix, as well as the thickness of the coating were found. At the same time, some other conditions for ablation, i.e. energy level of laser, pulse frequency, bore diameter of ablation and flow-rate of carrier gas were also optimize& A timing-resolution graph was obtained by plotting values of signal intensity vs. time of ablation from which the line of demarcation between coating and matrix was determined from the data of variation of signal intensities of dements of coating and of matrix collected in definite time interval; and on the base of sustained time for the appearance of signal of element of the coating, thickness of coating layer was calculated by a given formula. It was found that values of thickness of coatings of the 6 samples were found to check quite well with the values obtained by the method of metallography.
