摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)是一种气流受限为特征的肺部疾病,由于该病的发病率和病死率逐渐增加,不仅使患者劳动力丧失,生活质量下降,同时给社会造成巨大的经济负担,目前已成为众多医学者关注的热点问题之一。COPD至今尚无有效的治疗方案,西医措施有局限性、短暂性。近年来,国内外研究学者对传统针灸防治COPD方面进行大量的临床研究,证实了针灸在防治COPD方面疗效可靠,不良反应少。今后运用循证针灸学和临床路径方法,开展针灸防治COPD优势方法的筛选和疗效的系统评价,对于针灸防治COPD患者的远期疗效及其作用机制的研究和运用中西医结合方法整体康复治疗是研究的主要方向。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a kind of limited flow characteristic of lung disease, Because the disease morbidity and mortality increased gradually, not only making patients lose labor, life quality drops, and at the same time, to the society causing huge economic, burden, now the disease has become one of the hot issues many medicine pay attention to. So far COPD has no effective treatment, western medicine measures have limitations, transient. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a large number of clinical research in prophylaxis and treatment of COPD of traditional acupuncture, have confirmed that acupuncture is reliable curative effect, less adverse reaction in the prevention and control of COPD. In the future, we will use evidence-based acupuncture and clinical path methods, carry out advantage method of screening and curative effect evaluation system in prevention and control of COPD, in acupuncture prevention and cure of COPD, we will focus on research of long-dated curative effect, its mechanism of action and using the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine overall rehabilitation therapy.
