摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定舒胸滴丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量.方法：采用ShimadzuVP-ODS C18 （250 mm×4.6rmm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇—乙腈—0.2％磷酸溶液（19∶9∶72）为流动相,流速：1.0mL/min;检测波长：400nm;柱温：25℃.结果：羟基红花黄色素A在0.05136～1.0272mg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）；加样回收率为99.16％,RSD值为0.37％.结论：该方法简单准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于测定舒胸滴丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量.Objective To establish a detemination method for Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Compound Shuxiong Dropping Pill. Methods：The HPLC analysis was performed on a Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 （ 250 mm×4.6rmm,5μm） column. The mobile phase consisted of methyl-Acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid（19：9：72,v/v） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detected wavelength was 400 nm, and the column temperature was 25℃. Results：The standard curve for Hydroxysafflor yellow A showed a linear correlation in the range of 0.05136- 1.0272mg（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 99.16% and RSD was 0.37%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of Hydroxysaffior yellow A in Compound Shuxiong Dropping Pill.
