摘 要:目的:探讨酸苦克甘方改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用。方法:采用高糖高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠,用链脲佐菌素诱发以胰岛素抵抗为主的2型糖尿病,待模型成功后,再用酸苦克甘方治疗,随机分成4组:空白对照组、模型组、中药常规剂量组、中药高剂量组,后3组分别给药4周后,分别测空腹血糖、胰岛素、C肽、糖化血红蛋白、并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。观察各组数据的改变。结果:与模型组D和生理盐水组B组相比较,中药常规剂量组A1和中药高剂量组A2的FBG、FINS均有下降趋势(P<0.05),ISI呈上升趋(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:酸苦克甘方可以提高大鼠的ISI,增强胰岛素的敏感性,降低大鼠的空腹血糖。Objective:To investigate the effect of Acid bitter against GanFang on insulin resistance rats.Methods:The model of type 2 di- abetic-lnsulin resistance rat was successfully made by high calorie diet and STZ, and then with Acid bitter against GanFang treatment, divided into four groups randomly,Blank control group, Model group, Chinese medicine routine close group and high close group,The last three groups respectively to medicine,after four weeks,Measuring fasting plasma glucose, insulin, respeetively,CP, glycosylated hemoglo- bin, insulin sensitive index and calculate (ISI), and observeing the change of the data.Results: Traditional Chinese medicine routine close group A1 and A2 high dose group of traditional Chinese medicine of FBG, FINS are decline (p 〈 0.05),to compare Model group D and physiological saline group (group B),ISI appeared the increasing (p 〈 0.05).With statistical significance.Conclusion: Aeid bitter against GanFang can improve the rat ISI,Increase insulin sensitivity,and reduce rat fasting plasma glucose.
