摘　　要：分析了志愿者活动与图书馆服务本质上的相似性,阐述了大学生志愿者在高校图书馆提供的志愿服务所包括的内容,如一般性咨询、导读、个性化服务、服务创新、宣传以及馆读沟通等,探讨了大学生志愿者对图书馆读者服务工作的积极影响,指出了高校图书馆大学生志愿者活动的发展方向。This paper analyzes the essential similarity between volunteer activity and library service, expounds the contents of the services provided by college-student volunteers such as general consulting, reading guidance, personalized service, service innovation, propaganda, and communications between readers and librarians, etc., probes into the positive effects of college-student volunteers on university library＇ s service for readers, and points out the development direction of college-student volunteers＇ activity in university library.
