摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定姜黄素混悬剂中姜黄素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil^(TM)C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-甲醇-水(35:45:20),检测波长:430 nm,柱温:25℃,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),进样量20 ml。结果:姜黄素在0.05~5.00μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.3%(n=9)。结论:本法简单准确、重复性好,可用于姜黄素混悬剂中姜黄素的含量测定。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of curcumin in curcuma suspensions. Method: The de- termination was carried out on a DiamonsilTM C18 column (200 mm~ 4.6 mm, 5 m) with acetonitrile-methanol-water (35:45:20) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 430 nm, the column temperature was 25~C, the flow rate was 1.0 ml ~ rain-1 and the sample size was 20 ~1. Result: A good linear relationship was shown within the range of 0.05-5.00 g ml - t ( r = 0. 999 8), the recovery was 98.6% and RSD was 1.3% ( n = 9). Conclusion : The method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility, and can be used in the determination of curcuma suspensions.
