摘  要:目的:观察葛根素对急性肺损伤(ALI)时肺组织的保护作用及其可能机制。方法:24只大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、油酸组和葛根素预处理组,检测肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性变化和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达变化。结果:与对照组相比,油酸组肺组织MPO活性及ICAM-1的表达均显著增加(P<0.05);与油酸组相比,葛根素预处理组肺组织MPO活性及细胞间ICAM-1的表达均明显降低(P<0.05),但仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素可通过提高MPO及ICAM-1的表达,有效减轻ALI时肺组织的炎症反应。Objective: To investigate the protective effect of puerarin (Pue) on the acute lung injury (ALl) in rats and the possi- ble mechanism. Method : Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into three groups, control group, oleie acid ( OA ) group and Pue group. The activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in lung tissues were examined. Result: Compared with the control group, the activity of MPO and the expression of ICAM-1 in lung tissues were increased obviously in OA group (P 〈 0.05). Compared with those in OA group, the activity of MPO and the expression of ICAM-1 in lung tis- sues were decreased obviously in Pue group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while were still higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclu- sion : Puerarin can attenuate inflammation reaction in lung tissues during ALI through increasing the activity of MPO and inhibiting the expression of ICAM-1.
