摘 要:目的:建立心脑欣胶囊中甜菜碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用LC-MS/MS法测定甜菜碱的含量,以电喷雾离子源(ESI)正离子模式将样品离子化,多反应监测(MRM)模式下对甜菜碱(m/z 118.20→57.92和118.20→59.00)进行测定。色谱柱为Venusil HILIC(100 mm×2.1 mm×3μm),流动相为乙腈-水(80:20),流速为0.3 ml·min^(-1),质谱检测。结果:甜菜碱浓度在4.44~177.6 ng·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可作为心脑欣胶囊中甜菜碱的含量测定方法。Objective: To establish the quantitative method for determining the content of betaine in Xinnaoxin capsules. Method : The content of betaine in Xinnaoxin capsules was determined by LC-MS/MS using an eletrospray ionization(ESI) in positive mode and multiple reaction monitor (MRM) (m/z 118.20-57.92 and 118.20-59.00). The chromatographic column was a Venusil HILIC (100 mm x2.1 mm,3 m)column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (80: 20) with the flow rate of 0.3 ml ~ min-1. Re- suit: The linear range of betaine was 4.44-177.60 ng~ m1-1 (r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.8% , and RSD was 1.1% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used to determine betaine in Xinnaoxin capsules.
