有机磷和拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对烟草幼苗叶绿素含量的影响

摘　　要：在温室中培育烟苗幼苗,至9叶一心时,在第9叶片上用微量注射器分别处理上不同浓度的杀虫剂氟氯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、毒死蜱、敌敌畏和氧乐果100μl,24h后测定烟草幼苗叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量。结果表明,氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯均导致烟草幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a/b比值上升;氧乐果则完全相反;毒死蜱类似于菊酯类杀虫剂,不同的是叶绿素a/b值较对照有所下降;敌敌畏则导致叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素的含量下降,但叶绿素a/b值较对照有所上升。When the tobacco （Nicotiana tabacum L.） seedlings at nine-leave stage which were raised under greenhouse condition,the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid of the ninth leave were tested after treated with 100μl of the six insecticides.The result showed that the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,the total chlorophyll,carotenoid and the ratios of Chla/Chlb of the tobacco seedling leaves treated with lambda-cyhalothrin,cyfluthrin and deltamethrin increased.The contents of Chla,Chlb,the total chlorophyll,carotenoid and the ratios of Chla/Chlb of the tobacco seedling leaves treated with omethoate decreased.The contents of Chla,Chlb,the total chlorophyll,carotenoid of the tobacco seedling leaves treated with chlorpyrifos increased,the ratios of Chla/Chlb reduced.The contents of Chla,Chlb,the total chlorophyll,carotenoid of the tobacco seedling leaves treated with dichlorvos reduced,the ratios of Chla/Chlb increased.
