摘  要:裂缝性漏失及其引起的复杂情况严重制约着裂缝性油气藏的勘探开发。目前,裂缝性漏失的研究主要集中于堵漏机理、堵漏材料、现场经验性的处理方法,而裂缝性地层漏失模型研究较少。对钻井完井液漏失量的定量分析已经被普遍认为是一种描述裂缝的可靠方法。通过研究分析钻井液流动机理及物理现象,建立了漏失速率与时间关系的数学模型;并对漏失过程进行定性描述,更加清晰地认识井漏,有助于定量描述井漏过程;进而通过利用数据记录而得的漏失曲线来识别漏失类型,为优化漏失控制技术提供理论依据。建立了两种漏失模型,即单缝漏失模型、层次型漏失模型。对裂缝漏失敏感因素进行了分析,其影响程度依次为裂缝开度、裂缝深度、钻井流体黏度、裂缝宽度、操作压差、钻井液密度、钻井流体排量,地层倾角影响较小。模型在沙特B区进行了应用,筛选出了漏失速度的主要因素,为堵漏材料优选、堵漏配方开发和堵漏方案制定提供了理论依据。Fractured lost circulation and resulting complications severely restrict fractured reservoir exploration and development. Currently, the research on fractured lost circulation has focused on the mechanism of plugging, plugging materials, on-site empirical approach, and fractured formations lost circulation model mention less. Quan- titative analysis of drilling and completion fluid lost has been widely considered to be a reliable method to describe the fracture. Through research and analysis on the drilling fluid flow mechanism and physical phenomena, a mathe- matical model of the relationship between lost rate and time, and conduct description of lost procedure, clearer un- derstanding well lost, help to quantitative describe the process, and through the use of data records to identify the lost type are established, provided a theoretical basis for optimizing lost control techniques. Two types fracture lost circulation models are developed, namely single fracture lost model and hierarchical fracture lost circulation model, conducted sensitive factors analyze of lost, and its degree of influence were fracture opening, fracture depth, drill- ing fluid viscosity, fracture width, operating pressure, fluid density, drilling was less affected. The models are applied in Saudi B block, to identify the main ed a theoretical basis for the optimizing plugging material, plugging formulation fluid displacement, formationangle factors of the lostt rate, and provid- and plugging program.
