摘  要:基于对风力发电齿轮箱安全运行状况的分析和总结,开发了一套完整的风力发电齿轮箱安全运行远程监控系统。该系统从齿轮箱的振动分析、温度采集、烟雾探测以及环境视频监控四个方面对其机械结构损伤、温度异常、现场烟雾以及环境异常进行实时监控。并且通过远程数据传输方式将数据发往后台监控服务器,达到实时监控报警的目的。该系统对齿轮箱的安全运行、故障预警和剩余寿命评估具有重要意义。Based on the analysis and summary of the safety operation condition of wind turbine gearbox, this paper developed a remote online monitoring system on the safety running of wind turbine gearbo^c Through the gearbox vibration signal analysis, temperature collection, smoke detect and video surveillance,the system can have a real-time monitoring on the mechanical structure damage, temperature abnormal, the scene of smoke and environmental anomalies. To achieve real-time monitoring and alarm, the system can also send the data to the remote monitoring server through internet. The system has a great value for the safety running, fault alarm and remaining life assessment of wind turbine gearbox
