摘  要:目的研究飞行环境对飞行人员精子头部及尾部超微结构的影响。方法利用WEILI-9000电脑精液自动分析仪和透射电镜对23例平均飞行1000 h以上的歼击机、轰炸机、运输机飞行人员新鲜精液样本的精液常规及精子头、尾部超微结构进行观察。结果精液常规中,飞行人员精液量、液化时间、精子密度、a级精子活力正常;在电镜下飞行人员精子存在形态超微结构异常类型:①头部异常精子,包括尖头精子、头部含空泡精子;②顶体异常精子,包括顶体发育不良、缺失,顶体内形成包涵体精子;③尾部异常精子,尾部形态异常精子包括无尾精子、短尾精子,尾部结构异常精子包括线粒体缺失精子、尾部线粒体多种形态和结构异常。结论飞行环境对飞行人员精液常规无较大影响且具有可逆性,但可致精子顶体、头部、尾部线粒体微观结构异常。Objective To study the flight environment on the ultratructure of sperm head and tail of the flight crew. Methods The fresh semen samples of 23 flight crew with more than 1000 flight hours in the fighters, bombers and transporters were analysed by WEILI sperm-9000 computer automatic analyzer and transmission electron microscopy. The semen routine and sperm head and tail ultrastructure were observed. Results Semen routine, including semen volume, a grade liquefaction time, sperm density and sperm vitality of the flight crew was normal. The sperm ultrastructure under electron microscope of the flight crew showed abnormalities including @ abnormal sperm head, including pointed sperm, sperm head containing cavity, abnormal sperm aerosome, including perforatorium dysplasia or lackage, inclusion body in the perforatorium, and abnormal sperm tail including abnormal tail morphometry (no tail or short tail) and abnormal tail structure (mitochondria lackage, various shapes and structures of mitochondria). Conclusion Flight environment has no significant and reversible effect on the semen routine of the flight crew, but can cause abnormal mitochondria micro structure in the sperm acrosome, head and tail.
