摘  要:目的 探讨血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白水平与新生儿早发型败血症相关性及其诊断价值.方法 选择本科2008年6月~2012年6月出生后经血培养确诊为早发型败血症的患儿39例作为实验组,选择同期住院的非感染新生儿39例作为对照组,分别于抗生素治疗前后测定两组患儿降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、血小板计数.结果 抗生素治疗前,实验组患儿血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗生素治疗后,实验组患儿血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白明显降低,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 患儿血清降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白升高对新生儿早发型败血症有一定的诊断价值,并有助于评估疾病的治疗效果.Objective To investigate the correlation and diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein levels in early onset neonatal sepsis. Methods Select 39 cases of early onset neonatal sepsis diagnosed by blood culture-confirmed in our department from June 2008 to June 2012 as the experimental group, Select39 cases year non-infected newborns hospitalized as a control group. High-sensitivity C-reactive protein, white blood cell count, platelet count of two groups of children were measured before and after antibiotic treatment procalcitonin. Results The serum procalcitonin, C-reactive protein of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); The serum procalcitonin, C-reactive protein of experimental group was significantly reduced, the difference was not statistically significant compared with the control group after antibiotic treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusion Serum procalcitonin, C-reactive protein concentration on early onset neonatal sepsis has some diagnostic value, and help to assess the therapeutic effect of the disease; C-reactive protein.
