摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在妇科急腹症的临床应用。方法 59例妇科急腹症患者,均采用超声进行诊断,并对比分析临床诊断结果。结果全部患者中,超声诊断符合率为94.92%,误诊率为5.08%,漏诊率为0。结论超声检查妇科急腹症准确率高,能有效提高诊断符合率,但不同的妇科急症的超声表现亦是不同,需要与临床症状、体征和其他辅助检查相结合,全面综合分析病例,细心观察鉴别。Objective To explore the clinical application of ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 59 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen patients, using ultrasound diagnosis, and comparative analysis about the Results of clinical diagnosis. Results All of the patients, the diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound was 94.92%, the misdiagnosis rate was 5.08%, the rate of missed diagnosis was 0. Conclusion Ultrasound examination of gynecologic acute abdomen with high accuracy, can effectively improve the diagnosis rate, but different ultrasonographic findings of gynecological emergency is also different, need to be combined with clinical symptoms, signs and other auxiliary examination, comprehensive analysis cases, careful observation of differential.
