摘　　要：目的 探讨和研究腋部切口整形切除术对腋部副乳腺的应用效果.方法 以本院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的22例副乳腺患者为对象进行研究,本组患者均采用手术治疗,根据副乳腺位置及与腋部皱褶关系不同选用不同的腋部切口位置将副乳腺整形切除.结果 本组22例患者均顺利完成手术,切除副乳腺29个,术后观察手术切口隐蔽,对患者局部外形改善明显,患者副乳胀痛感消失,满意度较高.结论 腋部切口整形切除术能够有效的治疗腋部副乳腺,同时能够有效的美化患者的局部外形,患者满意度高,值得在临床上加以推广和应用.Objective To explore and study the axillary incision surgery plastic surgery application effect of axilla accessory breast. Methods 22 cases of accessory breast patients admitted in 2012.1-2013.1 as object of study, this group of patients were treated with operation, according to the position of deputy breast and axillary folds relationship with different selection of axillary incision position will different accessory breast plastic surgery. Results Of the 22 patients were successfully completed the operation, resection of accessory breast 29, postoperative observation operation hidden incision, the local shape of patients improved obviously, with Furu bloating disappear, a higher degree of satisfaction. Conclusion The axillary incision surgery resection to accessory breast treatment of axillary effectively, at the same time to local shape effectively beautify patients, with high patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
