化瘀祛斑汤联合E光治疗女性黄褐斑疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药化瘀祛斑汤联合E光治疗女性黄褐斑的疗效。方法:120例符合入选标准的黄褐斑患者随机分成两组,治疗组内服中药,2次/d。同时采用E光进行治疗,每2周治疗1次,连续4次为1个疗程,对照组用E光治疗。疗程共8周,8周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率85%,对照组总有效率为55%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:中药化瘀祛斑汤联合E光治疗黄褐斑疗效较好。Objective： To observe the effect of Huayu Quban decoction combined with E-light on treating women chloasma. Methods： 120 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group was given internal TCM medicine, 2 times a day, at the same time given E-light treatment, treated 1 time every 2 weeks, for 4 times as a course. The control group was treated by E-light treatment. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks, after 8 weeks treatment the effect was observed. Results： The total efficiency of treated group was 85%, and 55% in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. The two groups were not found significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： Huayu Quban decoction combined with E-light is effective on treating women chloasma.
