冠心病伴慢性心衰气阴两虚证64例患者应用参麦注射液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察参麦注射液对冠心病伴慢性心衰气阴两虚证患者的效果。方法：选择2007-2012年间在我院做治疗的冠心病伴慢性心衰气阴两虚证患者64例为对照组；做参麦注射液治疗的患者64例为实验组。观察冠心病伴慢性心衰气阴两虚证的治疗情况。结果：对照组有效率为82．8％，而实验组有效率为56．7％。实验组的有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论：参脉注射液临床上用于治疗心力衰竭和冠心病取得较好疗效，值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the effect on treating coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure Qiyin Liangxu by Shenmai injection. Methods： From 2007 to 2012 in our hospital 64 patients with chronic heart failure Qiyin Liangxu in the control group; 64 cases were treated by Shenmai injection in the experimental group. To observe the treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure Qiyin Liangxu. Results： The efficiency of the control group was 82.8%, while the experimental group was 56.7%. The efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Treating coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure Qiyin Liangxu by Shenmai injection has good results, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
