疏肝散结法治疗乳腺增生临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对疏肝散结法治疗乳腺增生的方法和疗效进行研究。方法:选取68例乳腺增生患者分为治疗组和对照组。结果:治疗组36例,总有效率97.22%,对照组32例,总有效率81.25%,治疗组总有效率明显大于对照组。结论:疏肝散结法内服药加手法穴位治疗乳腺增生疗效可靠,值得推广。Objective： To research the method and efficacy of treating cyclomastopathy by Shugan Sanjie method （Dispersing the depressed liver-energy and eliminating stagnation）. Methods： Choosing 68 cyclomastopathy patients and dividing them into treated group and contro group. Results： There are 36 patients in the treated group, the total efficiency is 97.22%; there are 32 patients in the control group, the total efficiency is 81.25%. The total efficiency of the treated group is obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Combining Shugan Sanjie internal medicine with acupuncture point massage is very effective on treating cyclomastopathy, so deserves to be popularized.
