养血安神片治疗失眠40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养血安神片治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组用养血安神片,3次/d,5片/次,对照组用艾司唑仑,每晚睡前1mg,半个月为1个疗程。连续2个疗程评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率82.5%,对照组总有效率65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血安神片具有改善睡眠的作用,价格低廉,无毒副反应。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Anshen pills on treating insomnia. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group was given Yangxue Anshen pills, 3 times a day, 5 tablets each time; the control group was given Estazolam, every night before going to bed ling, half months for a course. The clinical efficacy were evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results： In the treated group,the total efficiency was 82.5%, and 65% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yangxue Anshen pills have improved the role of sleep, inexpensive, non-toxic side effects.
