发展医院中药制剂的思路与方法

摘　　要：医院中药制剂发展到今天已经走了很长一段路,在我国优秀的传统中医药体系基础之上,医院中药制剂既是创新也是继承,且未来必将得到更好的发展,相比其他制剂,医院中药制剂不但为临床提供了大量有专科特色的专药,弥补了市场药品供应不足,又配合医院的科研和教学工作,且临床疗效不错,价格便宜,极大地方便了患者。然而,医院中药制剂的发展也存在很多问题,随着医药业发展和监管的规范,医院中药制剂的水平与当下药品监管要求日渐脱轨,甚至一度成监管死角,存在患者服药没有知情权等诸多问题。如何提高中药制剂质量,加大医药制剂专业人才培养力度,加强中药制剂医药监管,值得中医药学人员去探讨研究。TCM hospital development today has come a long way in our excellent system based on TCM, TCM hospital also inherit both innovation and the development of the future will be better, compared to other preparations, TCM hospital not only provides a large number of specialist clinical characteristics of the special medicine to make up for the inadequate supply of medicines on the market, but also with the hospital＇s research and teaching, and clinical efficacy of good, cheap, very easy for the patient. However, the development of TCM hospital met many problems, with the development of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory standards, the level of TCM hospitals and medicine regulatory requirements with the current growing derailment. How to improve the quality of TCM medicine, and increase efforts to train professionals in pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical preparations to strengthen supervision of Chinese medicine, it is worth to explore for TCM research staff.
