补肾法对改善子宫内膜容受性的研究进展

摘　　要：中医补肾法改善子宫内膜容受性在临床上已取得良好效果,本文通过对子宫内膜容受性的中医病机特点分析,着重对补肾填精、养血行血法;滋肾养肝,调适阴阳法;中药人工周期法等补肾法在改善子宫内膜容受性的临床应用进行了评价,认为中医补肾法治疗既突出局部作用又兼顾整体效应,特别有助于促排卵与子宫内膜同步化反应,使妊娠率得以有效的提高。TCM Bushen method has achieved good effect on improving endometrial receptivity in clinical practice. In the paper, the author discussed on TCM characteristic of endometrial receptivity, focusing on Bushen Tianjing, Yangxue Xingxue; Ziyin Yanggan, debugging Yin and Yang; artificial cycle TCM Bushen method to improve endometrial receptivity in clinical application is evaluated that the TCM treatment of kidney prominent local effects and take into account both the overall effect, particularly Useful for ovulation and uterine endometrial synchronization reaction, the pregnancy can be effectively improved.
