摘　　要：扩张性心肌病(DCM),是一种致死率高,预后差的心肌疾患。针对扩张性心肌病的病因病机以及治法治则,历代医家分别提出了不同观点。通过对各医家的学术思想的梳理和探讨,去糟留精,提高我们对该病发生发展的认识,规范我们在临床的治疗。DCM （Dilated cardiomyopathy） is a myocardial disease with high fatality rate and poor prognosis. According to etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy, past dynastic doctor put forward to different views respectively. Improve our understanding of the disease development and standard our clinical treatment by exploring and settling the doctors＇ academic thought.
