自拟降脂合剂调节43例高脂血症的血脂作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟降脂合剂调节高脂血症的血脂作用效果。方法:将我科收治的86例高脂血症患者纳入研究,随机分为自拟降脂合剂治疗组(简称观察组),以及辛伐他汀滴丸治疗组(简称对照组),疗程结束后观察两组患者的临床疗效、血脂变化情况以及安全性评价。结果:观察组患者中痊愈5例,显效15例,有效20例,无效3例,有效率为93.02%;对照组患者中痊愈6例,显效14例,有效21例,无效2例,有效率为95.34%,两组有效率比较,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组比较,观察组的TC、TG、HDL-C以及LDL-C变化情况,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组在全血还原粘度和RBC压积水平治疗组下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组患者未见不适反应(0),对照组患者中有2例(4.65%)不良反应,两组安全性比较,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟降脂合剂与辛伐他汀滴丸疗效相当,安全性较佳,具有临床应用价值。Objective： To investigate the effect of self-made lipid-lowering mixture on hyperlipidemia. Methods： 86 cases of hyperlipidemic admitted to our department included in the study were randomly divided into self-made lipid-lowering mixture treated group （observation group）, and simvastatin pills treated group （control group）. After treatment, clinical efficacy, lipid changes and security evaluation were observed. Results： 5 cases recovered, markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 20 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the efficiency was 93.02%; in control group six cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, effective in 21 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the efficiency was 95.34%, the difference of the efficiency in two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Compared with the control group, TC, TG HDL-C and LDL-C changes of the observation group, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Compared with control group, the observation group in whole blood reduced viscosity and RBC hematocrit levels significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had no discomfort （0）, while the control group had two cases of adverse reactions （4.65%）. Compared security of two groups, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-made lipid-lowering mixture and simvastatin pills with have equivalent efficacy, safety, with a clinical application.
