摘　　要：目的:观察玉红生肌膏配合共鸣火花治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:通过选取糖尿病足溃疡患者102例,将其随机分成两组,治疗组采用玉红生肌膏(为本院自行研制中药制剂,主要成分为当归、白芷、甘草、紫草、麻油、血蝎、轻粉、白蜡),配合共鸣火花治疗;对照组采用生理盐水+胰岛素+庆大霉素纱布湿敷治疗。两组基础治疗相同,饮食控制,均用胰岛素或口服降糖药控制空腹血糖在7.0mmol/L以下,餐后血糖在11.0mmol/L以下,在血糖指标上无显著差异,分别治疗14d,进行疗效比较。结果:玉红生肌膏配合共鸣火花治疗糖尿病足溃疡,在改善糖尿病足疼痛、生肌、疗效等方面优于对照组。结论:玉红生肌膏配合共鸣火花治疗糖尿病足溃疡,有加速创面愈合、增加治疗效果,为开发中西医结合治疗创新、积累经验奠定基础。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Yuhong promoting granulation ointment plus resonance spark treatment instrument. Methods： Take the examples about 102 patients who suffuring from diabetic foot ulcers that are divided into two groups, the treated group was given the Yu Hong promoting ointment （made by our hospital, the main components are angelica sinensis, angelica dahurica, liquorice, radix lithospermi, benne oil, resina draconis, mercurous chloride and insect wax） plus resonance spark treatment instrument; the control group was given the normal saline, insulinum and gentamicin applied by wet gauze. Both take the similar basic cure; the diet balance is using insulinum or oral antidiabetic medicine to control blood sugar under 7.0mmol/L with empty stomach and under 11.0mmoL/L after meal. When there are not any obvious differences, they would be used to treat for 14 days respectively and compared with each other＇s treat effect. Results： Using the method really makes more advantages than the other on pain, promoting granulation, curative effect to improve the patients. Conclusion： This cure strengthens the wound healing and treatment effect. And also lays the foundations of creation and accumulating experience combining integrative medicine.
