中医治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对中医治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效进行观察和分析。方法:选取中医内科2008年1月～2013年1月期间诊治的100例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,回顾性分析不同中药方剂的疗效。结果:治疗前后血肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿蛋白定量差值比较结果如表1所示,观察组治疗前后尿素氮差值、血肌酐差值与24h蛋白尿差值存在显著差异性,t=2.245,2.309,2.866,P<0.05,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,z=-3.520,P<0.001,提示采用加味二仙汤治疗方法对患者肾功能影响较大,具有统计学意义。结论:加味二仙汤治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of TCM in treating chronic glomerulonephritis of Pishen Qixu type. Methods： To select 100 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients treated in TCM internal during January 2008 to January 2013 as the research object, retrospective analysis the efficacy of different TCM prescription. Results： Before and after treatment serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and 24h urinary protein difference comparison results showed in Table 1, before and after treatment, blood creatinine and urea nitrogen difference and 24h proteinuria difference of the observation group significant differences t=2.245, 2.309, 2.866, P〈0.05. Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, z=--3.520, P〈0.001. Modified Erxian decoction has great effect on the renal function of patients, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Modified Erxian decoction is effective on treating chronic glomerulonephritis of Pishen Qixu type, worthy of a wide clinical application.
