五倍子粉热醋调膏外敷结合黄连解毒汤治疗糖尿病颈痈90例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五倍子粉热醋调膏外敷结合黄连解毒汤治疗糖尿病颈痈的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的90例糖尿病颈痈患者随机分成治疗组45例,对照组45例。治疗组给予五倍子粉热醋调膏外敷结合黄连解毒汤治疗;对照组给予黄连解毒汤治疗。观察患者的疼痛改善及治愈有效率等。结果:治疗后患者在疼痛改善及治愈率方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五倍子粉热醋调膏外敷结合黄连解毒汤治疗糖尿病颈痈疗效显著,值得临床上推广应用。Objective： To study the clinical effects of Gallnut powder paste combined with huanglian Jiedu decoction in treatment of patients with diabetes neck carbuncle. Methods： 90 patients of with diabetes neck carbuncle were randomly divided into two groups： treated group was given gallnut powder paste combined with huanglian Jiedu decoction, control group was treated with huanglian Jiedu decoction, both for 45 cases, and after treatment the clinical effects were observed. Results： Treated group in patients with remission of clinical symptoms, improvement in pain and total efficiency was better than the control group. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of gallnnt powder paste combined with huanglian Jiedu decoction is effective on diabetes neck carbuncle.
