摘　　要：采用平行光投影法 ,以高精度线阵 CCD为测量传感器 ,结合机械扫描方法 ,完成对拉丝模孔径的快速检测。提出了 CCD孔径检测中抗暗斑干扰的电路设计 ,利用计算机误差修正技术提高了仪器精度。With high precision linear CCD as measuring sensor and combining with a mechanical scanning method,a quick measurement for the aperture of wire drawing die is carried out by the parallel light projection method.A circuit design with the ability of anti macula interference in testing aperture with CCD is proposed and the intrument accuracy is improved by correcting errors with computer.
