摘　　要：目的:探讨中药桑菊饮治疗小儿咳嗽的效果。方法:对60例小儿咳嗽的临床资料和治疗情况进行总结分析。结果:治愈49例,占85.7%;好转8例,占11.8%;无效3例,占2.5%;总有效率(治愈好转)为97.5%。结论:桑菊饮治疗小儿咳嗽的疗效较好,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of Sangju decoction on treating cough in children. Methods： Clinical data and treatment of 60 patients with cough in children were analyzed and summarized. Results： Cured 49 cases, accounting for 85.7%; 8 cases were improved, accounting for 11.8%; 3 cases were invalid, accounting for 2.5%; total efficiency （cured and improved） was 97.5%. Conclusion： Treating cough in children with the Sangju decoction has good curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
