摘　　要：目的:系统评价手法整复并石膏外固定治疗巴尔通骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治巴尔通骨折58例患者,采用手法整复并石膏外固定治疗,随访6～28个月,对愈后进行研究。结果:患者全部治愈,具有疗效确切,恢复迅速,费用低廉的优点。Objective： To systematic evaluate the clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation on treating Barton fractures. Methods： 58 patients with Barton fractures were given manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation treatment, patients were followed up for 6-28 months and to study the prognosis. Results： All the patients were cured. This method has advantages that efficacy, rapid recovery and low-cost.
