摘　　要：青海省是我国西部的经济欠发达省份之一,因为特殊的省情制约了农村通信的发展。面对青海农话目前面临的困难,本文提出了采用多种方法积极探求农村通信市场开发的几条对策和建议。Qinghai province is one of the economically underdeveloped provinces in western China and the specific conditions in the province have constrained the development of rural communications. The paper offers several measures and proposals for rural communications market develop-ment for the purpose of dealing with the difficult situation in the rural tele-phony field.
