海峡西岸经济区经济极化与金融协调研究

摘　　要：引入经济极化理论,通过构建评价经济发展状况的指标体系,运用主成分分析法计算出海峡西岸经济区各个成员城市的经济发展综合指数,再通过Esteban-Ray指数模型构建经济极化指数,定量分析海峡西岸经济区经济发展的极化情况,分析得出海峡西岸经济区内的经济极化现象已经出现,且有逐步加深的趋势。鉴于金融是经济发展的核心,故从金融角度探讨缓解经济极化的对策,涉及金融政策、金融机制、金融机构、金融资源、金融监管等方面。Theory of economic polarization and analyzes the economic development of the 20 member cities in the economic zone on the west side. It constructs an index system on which the principal components analysis method is based to calculate the comprehensive index of economic development. Then it uses the Esteban-Ray model to calculate the economic polarization index to analyze the situation of the Zone quantitatively. It comes to the conclusion that the phenomenon of economic polarization has emerged and been deepening gradually. The paper put forwards some proposals from the angle of financial coordination through financial policies, financial mechanisms, financial institutions, financial resources, financial supervision to alleviate the economic polarization.
