摘  要:目的建立十滴水的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为制剂质量控制提供可靠方法。方法选取10批次十滴水样品。色谱柱:Agilent SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸,梯度洗脱,检测波长:280 nm,进样量:10μl,流速:1.0 ml/min。结果时间窗宽度为0.5 min,共标定了13个共有色谱峰,10批次十滴水的相似度良好。结论本方法简单可靠,可为提高十滴水的质量控制标准提供参考和依据。Objective To establish fingerprint chromatogram of Shidishui high-performance liquid chromatogra- phy (HPLC) in order to provide a reliable method for the quality control of praeparatum. Methods Shidishui samples from 10 batches were collected. The chromatographic column was Agilent SB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) , the mobile phase consisted of methanol -1% glacial acetic acid with a gradient elution, at 280 nm with 10 μl of injection vol- ume for detection wavelength, and 1.0 ml/min of flow rate. Results The width of time window was set at 0.5min, and 13 common chromatographic peaks were marked. Shidishui from 10 batches had good similarity. Conclusion The meth- od is simple and reliable, and can provide a reference standard for the quality control of Shidishui.
