摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期身心需要和社会支持情况。方法采用不记名问卷的方式对80例胃癌合并糖尿病住院患者进行身心需要及社会支持调查,并以55岁为界分年龄组统计。结果 80例胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期信息需要>舒适需要>心理疏导需要>情感需要。≤55岁年龄组的社会支持总分及3个维度评分均高于>55岁年龄组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期应了解并满足其身心需要,对年龄较大者更应重视多方面的社会支持,以提高生存质量。Objective To explore physical ＆ mental needs and social supports for patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes during perioperative period. Methods The situations of physical ＆ mental needs and social support of 80 inpatients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes were investigated by using anonymous questionnaires method, and were given statistics analysis in older than and not younger than 55-year-old groups. Results The per/oper- ative needs of the 80 patients from strong to weak were information need, comfort need, mental need and emotional need. The total score of social support and three dimension scores of patients who were at the age or older than 55-year old were higher than those of patients who were younger than 55-year old （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Physical ＆ mental needs of patients with gastric cancer combined with diabetes during perioperative period should be met, and social sup- ports should be given especially to elders in order to improve the patientg quality of life.
