摘　　要：目的探讨急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)中发生心律失常时的护理对策。方法分析392例不同部位急性心肌梗死(AMI)行急诊PCI术中心律失常发生特点及规律性,并给予有效的监护和处置。结果 392例急诊PCI患者有389例血运重建成功,3例死亡,286例在术中发生心律失常,由于处置、抢救及时均得到控制。结论应加强导管室护士素质和能力的培养,使其掌握心律失常的发生规律,有预见性地观察心电示波变化并配合术者快速处置。同时,要提高绿色通道救护的有效性,规范介入护理工作,最大限度保障急诊PCI患者的安全。Objective To investigate the nursing care for arrhythmias during percutaneous coronary intervention （PCl）in emergency situations. Methods Characteristics and the regularity of 392 patients with arrhythmia in different positions during PCI were analyzed, and effective monitoring and treatment were also performed. Results Among 392 patients who underwent PCI, except 3 dead cases, 286 patients suffered arrhythmia during PCI, and arrhythmia symptom was relieved after timely treatment. Conclusion It is quite important to enhance vocational abilities of nurses in catheter lab. Nurses should closely observe the electrocardiogram changes and treat it in time after grasping pathogenic characters. At the same time, the maximum safety of emergency PCI patients should be ensured by improving the effectiveness of green channel and standardizing the intercurrent nursing.
